Rallis employees
at head office under the banner of Rallilove are doing a
special type of social service, by spending their precious
time apart from donating money. They visit many institutions,
counseling love and care, like Home for the Aged, Pavement
Club, Shanti Avedna Ashram, Industrial home for the blind,
Shri Manav Seva Sangh, etc. and personally distribute utility
articles. The Multifarious community Development activities
of Rallis is based on building Partnerships, Mobilizing
Resources, Motivating Employees and Building Strong and
Sustainable Communities, which all contribute towards improving
